Booking condition
A Casa di Roby considers the booking to be confirmed and binding upon its receipt of the down payment made according to the instructions that will be sent by email together with the confirmation of availability.
The procedure is as follows:

Prospective guests shall send a booking request via the form on the website or via an email containing the same information requested on the site.

A Casa di Roby shall send confirmation of its availability and the instructions for making the down payment of 40% of the total price.

A Casa di Roby shall consider the booking as confirmed for 3 days from the date of the confirmation email.

Guests must make the down payment according to the instructions they have received, sending a copy to A Casa di Roby by email within 3 days of the date of the confirmation email.

If guests do not comply with the above point or if the bank transfer is not successfully cleared within 5 days of the confirmation email, A Casa di Roby shall no longer be obliged to hold the reservation.
Booking cancellations
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

20 days before arrival at no cost with down payment returned in full.

The balance must be paid within 14 days before arrival.

In any case, if the balance is not paid within the terms set out in the previous point, A Casa di Roby will no longer have any obligation to confirm the reservation and the advance paid will be forfeited.

After that date, the amount paid will be retained.
- After a day of delay without communication, the apartment will no longer be reserved and available to the property.
